The second day of Belarus Open Cup turned out to be not very rich in medals for the racers of Minsk Cycling Club.
The only award was won by Hanna Tserakh, who took second place in omnium. Before the final event - points race - the leader of Minsk Cycling Club women's team was only fourth in the overall standings, but managed to snatch silver medal in a stubborn confrontation with rivals from Russia.
In the men's omnium, the best of the Belarusians was the representative of Minsk Cycling Club Yauheni Karaliok, who took seventh place.
Junior women determined the strongest in the elimination race. The second place took Minsk Cycling Club racer Palina Konrad. Among junior men the best of the Belarusians was Minsk Cycling Club racer Uladzislau Yarash, who finished seventh.
In madison among junior women, the representative of the capital's club, Yuliya Usava, in the company of Viktoryia Niaborskaya, won the bronze medal. And among junior men, the Belarusian tandem of Viachaslau Shpakouski and Stsiapan Bezgerts took fourth place.
